Shipping Policy

Every Organic Yellow order ships from our facility in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. We pack each order carefully to ensure your honey arrives intact and in perfect condition. This policy describes how and when we ship, the couriers we use, and what you can expect after placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays). Processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 2pm IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be dispatched on the following business day.
  • During sale events, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, dispatch may take up to 2 business days.

2. Delivery Timelines

We ship pan-India via Shiprocket's courier network. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

Metro cities

Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad

3–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities

Most district headquarters and large towns across India

Non-metro & rural areas

Small towns, villages, and PIN codes not serviced by express couriers

Remote or restricted areas

Parts of North-East India, hilly regions, island territories, and certain PIN codes

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or local disruptions. Organic Yellow is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. We do not add any hidden fees or handling charges.


4. Courier Partners

We ship via Shiprocket, which automatically assigns the most suitable courier partner based on your pin code and order weight. Possible courier partners include:

We do not guarantee a specific courier partner for any order. All partners are verified by Shiprocket and provide end-to-end tracking.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • The name of your assigned courier partner.
  • Your AWB (Air Waybill) / tracking number.
  • A direct tracking link to the courier's website.

You can also track your order directly at organicyellow.ae/track using your Order ID or registered email address. Tracking information typically becomes active within 12–24 hours of dispatch.


6. Payment Methods & COD

We accept all major online payment modes via Razorpay — credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. All orders must be prepaid.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Address errors are a common cause of delivery failure.

  • If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • If a package is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to reship. Re-shipping charges of ₹60 apply.
  • If you do not respond within 7 days of our notification of a failed delivery, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus the original shipping charge.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, please raise a request within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full process.
